Junior Management Program (JUMP) is our unique graduate scheme, that aims to develop you into one of our leaders of tomorrow.

Over 3-years (permanent contract also beyond the program) your learning path will be sculptured by on-the-job industry experience with guidance from senior managers and mentors.

You’ll get to work across our manufacturing and engineering functions in a series of 2-3 placements and gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as a holistic understanding of our business – an amazing chance to grow every day.

Your first placement will be in Manufacturing as a Process Engineer

As Process Engineer you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve its business objectives such as manufacturing cost in line with the internal targets.

You will apply the tools provided by the Integrated Lean 6Sigma program in order to build capability in the department and eliminate the losses.

You will have a key role in the DMS (Daily Management System) to make sure priorities are very clear for everybody in the Section, as well as work closely with other sections, logistics and suppliers to ensure a smooth product flow with E2E approach.

This position is intended as a crucial step for further development towards management position in Mondelez International.

Your next placements will depend on your personal preferences and the current business need. The concrete position will be aligned closer to your rotation date but it will most likely be in Engineering department where you will get the chance to broaden and enhance your skills-set and gain a holistic approach to Manufacturing and Engineering in food industry.

Education:

  • Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year (BA & MA)
  • University courses preferred: Engineering field (e.g. Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical) or relevant

Job specific requirements:

  • First working experience in manufacturing / engineering (FMCG industry preferred)
  • Fluent English & German
  • Mobility + high level of flexibility
  • Profound analytical skills
  • Team player and strong Leadership agility
  • Take ownership and demonstrate high sense of urgency
  • Good business understanding
