Software Verification & HIL Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Be responsible for the integration, commissioning, testing, operation and maintenance of a full orbital launch vehicles hardware in the loop test bench
- Work closely with node, flight computer and GNC teams to create and execute test plans
- Analyze results and refine testing approaches. Optimizing throughput as necessary
- Deeply troubleshoot hardware and software issues using all tools (Simulink, LabVIEW, GNU debugger, Wireshark, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers and multimeters if necessary)
Your Qualificatons
- A masters/bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Software or Computer engineering with a strong focus on real-time systems and hardware interfacing
- Knowledge of verification and validation methods for embedded software
- C++, RT Linux and Python
- DevOps experience with GitLab, continuous integration/delivery
- Experience with dSPACE hardware (ScalexIO) and software (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to interpret data and formulate sophisticated conclusions
- Oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
