Lead Project- & Product Management - Software Platform VW.os (m/f/d)

YOUR TEAM

In future, the majority of functions in the vehicle will be realized on a common software platform. Creating this foundation is our mission within VW.os. In order to achieve this goal we work in a scaled agile way (SAFe) across several sites in Germany and international.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Technical project management (content, time, quality, budget) for the next generation embedded software platform: Responsible for all technical and project issues of this specific variant of VW.os
• Planning of development activities as well as development and definition of the development processes to be applied
• Driving the end-2-end development activities with full responsibility: Prioritize release planning and run change control boards together with the development teams and management
• Presentation of project status on (top) management level

WHO YOU ARE

• Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Several years of experience regarding technical leadership of an (international) expert teams and a network of development partners - with a strong customer focus
• Very good knowledge in project management frameworks and methods such as e.g. ASPICE and agile frameworks like SAFe
• Profound experience with project management tools such as Jira, github, Confluence - and Microsoft office tools
• Some years of experience in development of complex embedded software systems in the automotive industry
• Fluent German and English language skills
