Führung:

Er wird geführt vom Leiter Instandhaltung und Projektmanagement. Er führt ggf. Projekt­teams, ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung.

Stellvertretung:

Er wird vertreten von anderen Projektingenieuren, im Projektteam nach Absprache.

Qualifikation:

Der Stelleninhaber muss über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im ingenieur­wissenschaftlichen Bereich (ideal: Thermische Verfahrenstechnik) verfügen. Ein natur­wissenschaftliches Studium ist bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung ebenfalls denkbar.

Weitere Voraussetzungen sind: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise nachgewiesen durch eine Zertifizierung wie z. B. PMP, gute organisatorische und kommuni­kative Fähigkeiten, sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit zur Anleitung bereichsübergreifender Arbeitsgruppen.

Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten, gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) sowie sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.

Ziel der Stelle:

Investitions- und Entwicklungsprojekte im technischen Bereich entsprechend der verein­barten Projektziele planen, umsetzen und abschließen.

Er entscheidet eigenverantwortlich im Rahmen der vereinbarten Projektgrenzen und ent­sprechend der bestehenden Unterschriftenregelung

Aufgaben:

• Leitung von Projekten im operativen Bereich, sowohl Investitionsprojekte wie auch Entwicklungsprozesse im Anlagenbestand und Neubau.
• Führen des Projektteams, Erstellen und Einhalten von Zeit-, Budget-, Qualitätsplänen.
• Verantworten der vereinbarten Projektziele, regelmäßiges Reporting auch an das Senior Management
• Mitarbeit im Energie- und Umweltteam, Mitarbeit in den technische Gremien am Standort und in der Filtration Gruppe.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Management und dem Opex Manager Filtration Division zur Entwicklung und Erreichung der lokalen Ziele.
