Field Service Engineer Charging Station (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Ensuring operational processes by supervising the installation of the charging stations which will be focused in Stockholm.
- Carrying out the commissioning and maintenance of the charging stations (after internal training).
- Analysing and safely rectifying errors at our charging stations on site or remotely.
- Co-operating with our partners and customers as well as with our in-house technicians.
- Supporting and checking our hardware and software tools (after internal training).
- Responsible for 1st level support.
- Contributing to the continuous optimisation of operating processes.
Main requirements:
- Experienced technician (electrical engineer/IT) or graduate engineer (electrical engineering) or a comparable background.
- Motivation to gain experience in the field of engineering services/operations/IT and backend tools and high willingness to travel.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very structured, as well as a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility.
- Confident handling of MS Office programs.
- Very good communication skills in German & English.
