Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) Munich PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the project management of national and international fit-out projects in the office, hotel, logistics & industrial asset classes
• Collaboration on projects from the initiation phase to handover and close cooperation with our internal office leasing consultants on project planning
• Participation in the preparation of tender documents, awarding of construction services as well as support in negotiations and awarding of external planning services
• Client representation in key project phases (planning, awarding, execution and handover)
• Support in coordinating the planning team (in-house and/or external) and in managing the project teams from the initial phase to handover to the occupier
• Support in the implementation of innovative architectural, workplace and occupier concepts
• Establishing contacts with investors, owners and occupiers

Desired Experience:

• A degree in the field of architecture/interior design, civil engineering or a (technical) real estate-related course of study
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering services
• Knowledge of commercial real estate is desirable
• Professional appearance, high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility, organizational talent and assertiveness
• Experience with CAD programs (ideally Vectorworks)
• Willingness to take on responsibility and travel
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Secure command of MS Office and MS Project
• International experience and/or intercultural competence are desirable
