Job Description

  • Provides technical support to field engineers technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing troubleshooting repairing and debugging complex electromechanical equipment computer systems complex software or networked and/or wireless systems
  • Responds to situations where firstline product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software
  • Reports design reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering software engineering
  • May be involved in customer installation and training
  • Provides support to customer users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate should ideally have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Candidate should have Lab management background with experience managing programs or people
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering on time and within budget
  • Proficient in English
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communicator with demonstrated success in interacting with and influencing senior level executives Principal Engineers and peers
  • Aggressive attention to problem solving and consistent proactive follow through
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical planning and decision making skills in complex paradigms
  • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience internship experiences and/or school work classes research
