Your mission

  • Targeted consulting of corporate clients at the decision-maker level with the aim of identifying their consulting and support needs and deriving projects from these
  • Leading a team - leading, supporting, motivating and developing the employees in the responsible field (senior level)
  • Development of a strong, own network with executives in Corporate Germany
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle from new customer acquisition to contract negotiations to the establishment of long-term, sustainable relationships
  • Analysis of market potentials for entire industries and individual target customers, as well as independent conception and implementation of suitable strategies. There is great freedom in the development of the strategies and in the daily work
  •  Implementation of own projects for the further development of the COMATCH organization
  • Close cooperation with the best independent consultants
  • Participation at events & fairs to represent COMATCH and to expand your network

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university studies or comparable
  • Proven success in sales and key account management and very good B2B market knowledge; ideally with an existing strong network and contacts to companies in the DACH market
  • Excellent negotiation skills and persuasiveness, as well as experience in communicating with decision-makers
  • Strong communication skills including active listening and empathy
  • Reliability paired with hands-on mentality and drive to establish yourself as a trustworthy partner of the German economy
  • High affinity to the consulting business and fun at work in one of the most successful digital start-ups in Germany
