Senior Software Tester (Test Automation)* (m/w/d)

Your contribution

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for further customer-specific developments and adaptations of our software product portfolio in the diagnostics area.

You will be part of an experienced team of software developers and testers, working on the creation of products to develop biotechnological and diagnostics applications in laboratory automation.

• Lead and support the verification teams in maintaining and executing automated integration and regression tests (test models and test cases)
• Further develop the test infrastructure (tooling, CI/CD, reporting)
• Support the execution of test concept and implementation of continuous integration
• Develop procedures in the area of test automation
• Write clear and detailed technical specifications and documentation
• Train and coach testers with focus on test automation

Your background

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field of study
• Several years of experience in the field of test automation and in an agile environment
• Experience with at least one of the following tools: Selenium, WinAppDriver, MS UI Automation Framework, Appium, Coded UI, Tricentis Tosca
• Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (preferred programming language C#)
• Experience with the Microsoft tool stack (Team Foundation Server, Azure)
• DevOps knowledge (pipeline setup and agent pools)
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
