Industrial Engineer - Digitalisation (m/f/d)

We are seeking an Industrial Engineering with a passion for Digitisation to join our team in Munich. You will be the first dedicated member of the team, for the continued development and deployment of our Industry 4.0 roadmap and as such, will be reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering leader for the site. In this role, you will be required to work cross functionally between IT, ME, Operations and Lean as well with external providers to design and implement various stages of the implementation program.

Your Tasks:

• Definition and planning of project requirements
• Project management of a multi-functional team, to achieve project goals
• Definition of requirements for HMI and system interfaces
• Testing and development of systems ahead of deployment
• Deployment and continuous improvement of digital manufacturing systems
• Break down technical problems, risks and opportunities in the right order to develop and optimise production processes
• Creating the technical conditions for zero-defect production
• Create positive team relationships with internal and external stakeholders and employees

Your Profile:

• Completed technical university studies
• Proven expertise with MES, PLM and ERP system deployment and integration
• Ability to communicate technical information internally and externally
• Identifies risks and opportunities in the production process and takes action for continuous improvement
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Industrial Engineering
• Proactive knowledge transfer through mentoring
• Very good MS Office and SAP skills
• Excellent German and business fluent English skills
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
