Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) - DACH

What you will be doing

• Business development of passive components for the DACH region
• Implement promotion strategies by region, market and application
• Define, execute and monitor strategic target accounts including demand analysis and midterm target setting
• Increase the project pipeline and project conversion with existing customers and create new demand with new customers and markets
• Identify technological trends within your area of responsibility, consolidate requirements and initiate new product development with cross departmental stakeholders
• Coordinate projects with our sales team and our factories

What we are looking for

• Technical degree in electrical engineering or related field of studies
• 2-5 years of experience in a field application engineer/sale driven position desirable
• Knowledge and understanding of electronic passive components
• Strong technical mindset with commercial understanding and customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and proactive
• Fluent in German, fluent in English
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (40 - 50%)
• Driver’s license required
