Key Responsibilities:

Training Services, including:

  • Delivering Training Courses to clients in-house, on-site, or online.
  • Preparing and delivering Bespoke Training Courses tailored to the specific needs of the customer
  • Conducting post-Training Course customer reviews
  • Assisting with Training administration duties e.g., Customer Evaluations, Courseware, Training Certificates

Post-Sales Support, including:

  • Advising clients on technical issues relating to the implementation and use of their design software
  • Liaising with suppliers where necessary to research and identify solutions to client issues

General Company Duties, including:

  • Researching and providing technical advice to company management on new product opportunities
  • Assisting the Sales and Marketing staff with business development matters

Key Success Indicators:

  • High level of success measured on all service delivery through post training surveys
  • Creation of whitepapers and industry focused articles
  • Generating Tips and Tricks and ‘how to’ for our customers and internal
  • Maintaining the relevant certifications both internally and externally


What you must have done already:

  • 3+ years of technical experience
  • Experience in use of Product Design & Manufacturing products or other engineering apps
  • Collaborated on a multi-disc project in a real-world environment
  • Knowledge in BIM & BIM Processes

What is nice to have done already:

  • An appreciation for other disciplines, and how they work collaboratively on projects
  • Experience in using AutoDesk softwares
  • An understanding of CDE’s
  • Experience in a training capacity


  • BS or MS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering or other related technical field.
  • Proven experience in a technical role within the manufacturing industry, preferably with expertise in software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, including CAD/CAM, PLM, MES, ERP, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for on-site support and training sessions.
  • Certifications or training in relevant software platforms and technologies are a plus.
  • Good technical understanding in the IT industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills
  • Excellent Level of German skills
