Description

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and ensuring the goals of your project team (e.g. with regard to degree of completion, quality, cost targets, deadlines)
• Documentation of the project progress as well as corrective intervention in the event of project deviations, by setting up/implementing suitable processes and measures
• Budget control/monitoring
• Preparation of decision templates, project presentations/documentation
• Representation of your project team in internal and customer committees
• Shaping the mobility of tomorrow and the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV)
• System, function or E/E component development in the field of driver assistance systems, connectivity, infotainment, electric powertrain and battery management
• If required, support of your team with advice and support in development tasks in the context of exciting and challenging development projects at well-known automotive OEMs

Job requirements

Your profile

• Initial experience in leading and managing project teams
• Completed engineering studies in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable course of study
• Enjoyment and enthusiasm in the development and work on the vehicle
• Ideally, experience in modern vehicle networking and in the use of vector or ETAS tools (e.g. CANoe or CANape)
• High level of quality awareness and commitment

• Very good knowledge of German and English
