A day in a life of a Chemical Engineer:

  • Consolidate, build, and represent technical expertise in a specialized area such as cleaning systems and water treatment technology, monitoring and data analysis of food products.
  • Develop a working knowledge base to specify and standardize technologies for food process cleaning systems, including auxiliary and hygiene technologies.
  • Consider improvements in product safety, occupational safety, hygienic design, and operational flexibility.
  • Lead the improvement and upgrade of existing cleaning-in-place (CIP) systems throughout the entire process integration.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and build competency in factories and the global food operations network.

What will make you successful:

  • You have a master's degree in chemical engineering or food Process Technologies
  • After your study you developed a demonstrated capability to manage projects, including scope, budget, and schedule, with at least 5 years of project management experience in R&D or design functions.
  • You are also able to make quick decisions, solve problems, and demonstrate courage.
  • Your excellent communication skills, including the ability to present confidently and convincingly to strategic groups lets you convince others.
  • Experience in industrial operations is a plus.
