Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) Lucida Product Performance Engineering

As an Electrical Engineer - Lucida Product Performance Engineering (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:

• Root cause analysis on existing products, systems, and processes; measurement and test of electronic circuits and systems within SC and AMO on Lucida and standard drilling and measurement while drilling tools
• Development and design of analogue and digital hardware
• Development and build-up of test circuits and environments
• Testing and qualifying of electronic components
• Support of temperature and vibration tests incl. processing and evaluating of test data
• Disposition of deviations in manufacturing, quality, and assembly
• Intensive collaboration with Product Development Engineering (PD ENG), Central Service Delivery (CSD) and Operations to support tool and service delivery
• Creation and modification of multi-lingual (German / English) documentation

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have successfully completed bachelor or master studies in electrical engineering above average and an understanding of technical concepts, methods, and procedures
• Have several years of experience in analogue and digital circuits and systems design through internships, diploma projects or work experience
• Have deep knowledge in the technology of electronic components and systems as well as measurement and control engineering
• Have a good knowledge of the Lucida system and technology
• Be hands-on-orientated including advanced problem-solving skills with respect to electronics, multi-chip modules, printed circuit board assemblies, design, and technology development
• Have basic knowledge of documentation and process standards incl. QN, ECO and PDM process
• Be self-contained, self-motivated, and structured to work within a worldwide functioning interdisciplinary team
• Be a good team player and display good written and verbal English skills, due to working in an international diverse working environment and strong interest in working with other cultures
