Your areas of responsibilities:
- Support product managers in the development and implementation of long-term product strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Support in the coordination of projects within the Technical Lifestyle product portfolio (strollers, sports, baby carriers, home furniture, accessories) throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity through market research to identify market opportunities
- Support in identifying customer requirements and specifications in order to develop and implement them within the organization
- Communicate within the international product management teams
- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Procurement and if required further areas of the organization
- Provide training to marketing, sales and global training team on new and existing products
- Organize & manage child fittings and consumer tests to validate ergonomics and usability of products
- Coordinate the creation of all technical artworks with internal and external parties
Your profile of qualification:
- College degree, preferably in business /design/engineering
- First experience in product management or similar areas of product development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Structured, forward and analytical way of thinking and working
- High affinity for lifestyle and design
- Strong passion for products
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
