Your tasks:
- 3D design and drawings for harness in CAD for motorsport projects (e.g. the Le Mans Hypercar or GT Customer Cars) and road car projects
- Support the development of wire schematics by using a number of software tools (e.g. Zuken, Target, Harnware)
- Support the development of electrical systems and the specification of electrical components including sensors and actuators
- Support vehicle build and vehicle fault analysis
The successful candidate will:
- Have a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Design or similar qualification
- Show experience in Electric Engineering
- Have relevant working experience in high level motorsport
- Be familiar with electrical systems, routing and harnessing, cables and connectors, automotive sensors and actuators
- Be proficient with CATIA V5 and Teamcenter
- Write and speak English to a professional level
