Working closely with the System Architect, Lead SW Architect and SW Manager, you will be specifying, developing, and executing test cases to verify and validate software for electromobility (electric commercial vehicles). You will also be:

  • Analyzing requirements at System and Component levels to develop test cases at functional, integration and system levels for execution in a HIL (Hardware-in-the-loop) environment
  • Managing the development of test cases to assure delivery of quality SW in planned time
  • Developing test cases according to testing guidelines and rules
  • Documenting test cases in the Requirements Management tool
  • Executing test cases and documenting results in reporting tool
  • Assisting the SW architect in the analysis of SW test failures

Your profile.

  • You will have a successfully completed a university degree (bachelor) in the technical field or another comparable qualification
  • Building on this, you can demonstrate relevant, multiple year of relevant experience in Automotive SW Verification & Validation Methodologies
  • Furthermore, you have developed Requirements based tests, Black-box tests, Fault-injection tests, etc.
  • Additionally, you are familiar with Automotive Communication Protocols – CAN, UDS, DoCAN
  • Equally, you have some experience with Requirements Management (DOORS, Polarion)
  • You are familiar with HIL test systems and debugging tools, ideally dSPACE
  • Proficiency in industry standard tools such as Vector CANape, CANoe, CANalyzer and dSpace ControlDesk and Automation Desk makes you stand out even more
  • You have developed excellent skills in scripting with CAPL / PERL / Python
  • Very good German and English skills, as well as the familiarity with intercultural teams complete your profile
