Installation Engineer (m/w/d)

Overall Purpose of Role

The Installation Engineer will be part of a dynamic and international environment, working on projects relevant for the green transition to renewable energy. He/she will play an active part in the execution and success of the activities, interact with a multicultural team, in close contact with subcontractors
and clients. This will definitely be an accelerator for personal and professional growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support in defining cable installation requirements.
• Preparation of technical documents for cable installation activities such as detailed drawings, descriptive documents.
• Active interaction with internal departments, external consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Support in planning activities of cable installation on site, with in addition possible site visits to check feasibility of the proposed solutions.
• Technical support to purchasing department for the finalization of subcontracts.
• Preparation and check of final as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Honorable degree in technical engineering (preferably civil, mechanical, or materials engineering)
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
• 0/3 years of work experience
• Preference will be given to those who have basic knowledge of the land cable installation business/market
• Knowledge and familiarity with of all basic and common software like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, GIS.
