Your role:

Provide 1st level support to customers experiencing issues related to their Kornit printers and application software over the phone and using remote tools, e.g. remote controlling Kornit systems
Installation of new machines
On site repair
Apply upgrades and product modifications as implemented by the product line
Provision of scheduled maintenance
Liaise with the Service Coordinator and Remote Support Engineer regarding ongoing service cases
Document all activities using internal systems and tools, currently salesforce service modules

Your expertise:

Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology
First years of experience in field engineering positions servicing complex electro-mechanical devices
Knowledge of digital printing industry such as industrial inkjet technology, RIP/color management, experience in textile printing would be helpful
High travel activities, up to 80%, flexibility to travel upon request in DACH and Benelux (mainly in Germany)
Fluent in German, English skills on a business level
