Network Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Main Responsibilities:

This position acts as the customer interface for the network product portfolio of IT & OSS Networks / Wireless Networks or Optical Networks

• Provide technical support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team
• Provide value-added professional services support for customer
• Conduct project implementation and technical supervision of subcontractors or service partners
• Software upgrade/update implementation of Network devices and NMS
• Support training workshops for our customers and partners about product technology and service solution
• Provide pre-sales support for testing, bidding or workshops
• Occasionally take on-call shift support

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or similar field of studies
• First experience with Network Technologies depending on the domain preferred (i.e. optical networks / IT & OSS networks / wireless networks)
• Good team work spirit and passion for network technologies
• Independent working and self-learning

Language requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Fluent in German preferred
