Your Qualifications:

  • Monitoring and analysis of existing processes and their optimization in terms of process, efficiency, as well as with regard to regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Ensure a high level of quality by designing, standardizing, facilitating, documenting, and automating factory and field tests
  • Development and implementation of measures for error prevention and continuous improvement
  • Carrying out risk analyses and developing appropriate measures to minimise risk
  • Working closely with other departments, especially development and product management, to ensure smooth integration of new products and processes
  • Creation and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions and inspection plans
  • Review of regulatory requirements of the Oxford Group as well as of customers, as well as their partial implementation without negative influence on process speeds and innovative strength.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, ideally with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
  • Professional experience in the field of process optimization and quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of quality management, Six Sigma or comparable
  • Experience with regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, CE, compliance) as well as their implementation in production processes
  • Experience in process optimization and standardization
  • Good communication and teamwork skills as well as a structured way of working
  • Business fluent German and English skills
  • Very good written and spoken English and German ability
