Your central tasks:

• Organization and implementation of development projects with focus on coatings
• Carry out test trials on site inclusive measurements
• Carry out calculations on projects (e.g. evaluation of economic efficiency, pay back)
• Carry out staff trainings (Clay Expert Training/ Operators Training)
• Collaboration with suppliers in the development of coatings
• Carry out plant trials as well as lab trials at Technical Center
• Attend meetings, trainings, exhibition (internal/ external)
• Collaboration with Group BMI Engineering
• Support our Innovation-Process

Your profile:

• Technical Bachelor or Master diploma in the areas (ceramic) process technology, electrical engineering, or similar
• Relevant professional experience in the ceramic industry
• Good knowledge of ceramic process technology and thermal processes
• Good knowledge in English and IT knowledge (e.g. Google workspace)
• Teamplayer with good communication and organizational skills
• Independent way of working
• Mobility and willingness to travel worldwide
