As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a central role for R&D projects in the area of Artificial Intelligence by translating ideas and problems into concrete, technical solutions and products together with our customers and engineering teams. Depending on the sprint and project phase, you will act as Project Manager, Scrum Master or Product Owner. You can find project examples in our Motius Success Stories. Your Role

• You analyze the ideas, problems and product landscapes of our customers, support them in defining new product ideas and visions and translate them into concrete, technical solutions (PoC, prototype, MVP)
• From the start of the project, you will be responsible for defining milestones and user stories, estimating workloads and scopes with your team on a sprint basis, and controlling the most important project KPIs
• You are responsible for the entire operations as well as the successful delivery (incl. QA, testing, etc.) of your R&D projects and ensure that the products of the future are created from the initial ideas
• You will play a central role in the communication between our customers and our engineering teams, analyzing what is best for the products and managing these requirements with the different stakeholders
• You will gradually dive deeper into sales by working with our Partner Impact Team to acquire new customers and projects, define follow-up projects and build innovation partnerships

Your Profile

• Experience in managing agile engineering projects using PM tools and methodologies, architectures and technical best practices, as well as testing, integration, release and production processes
• Ideally, first contact points with the acquisition of new projects as well as in the areas of product ownership and product management
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• You have gained own technical experience in the area of embedded hardware (design, PCB, prototyping), embedded software (on microcontrollers or Linux) and/or in the area of communication technologies (RFID, WLAN, etc.) and you bring along interest for open source / open hardware
• You have a very independent and structured way of working that motivates team members and can switch between 80/20 work mode and a thorough / detailed mindset as needed
• You have a confident and friendly manner towards various stakeholders and are business fluent in German and English
