Your Tasks
- As Project Manager (m/f/d) within our Earth Observation domain you are responsible for a Satellite Project
- You establish, manage and maintain the project team
- You are responsible for managing financial, schedule and technical tasks
- You are responsible to achieve the project targets with your team
- You, together with your team, are the main interface for the customer and subcontractors
- Support the establishment of proposal for institutional and commercial customers
- Regular interacting and align with the line departments
- Support in targeting new opportunities and customers
- You contribute to the development and realization of new solutions for innovative satellites
- Reporting to the company stakeholders
Your Qualificatons
- Completed studies in aerospace-engineering, or any relevant engineering discipline, or physics or similar qualification, complemented by economics study or relevant experience
- Very good technical and economic understanding, and analytical and soft skills
- Very good understanding of economic aspects, like cost calculation & cost control and capability to balance between quality, cost and schedule
- Several years professional experience in similar positions in B/C/D space projects
- High sense of responsibility
- Solution-oriented approach
- Well organized
- Good communication skills in German and English language
- Very good Team working skills and motivation capabilities
- Willingness to consciously learn and broaden your experience
