Essential Functions:

Development and introduction of new manufacturing technologies
Design and qualification of equipment for manufacturing
Process development and process validation
Creation and revision of SOPs and other production-related documents
Optimization of production processes and procedures to increase efficiency
Implementation of measures to meet the requirements of quality management (DIN EN ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820) as well as with regard to occupational safety and environmental protection

Skills, Qualifications, Professional Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree the field of production/manufacturing technology (or comparable), or several years of professional experience with a strong emphasis on production processes
Expertise in the processing of plastics, or metal construction and experience in the medical device industry
CAD experience, e. g. SolidWorks is a plus
Problem-solving skills, goal-oriented, independent and systematic way of working
Good MS Office skills
Strong communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
