A day in a life of a Quality Project Specialist:

  • As a quality specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for the development, implementation and verification of compliance with all relevant legal food safety and hygiene requirements at the factory.
  • You are part of an international quality team that assures food safety and quality in all product innovations.
  • In various projects, e.g. new installations, new products, you contribute your expertise in the area of quality and food safety. This also includes the assurance of HACCP, QMS, hygienic design and food safety control validations.
  • You contribute, lead and develop category documents for food.
  • Also, you advise and train departments and project teams on hygiene and food safety issues and thus ensure the building and development of competencies in these topics within the employees.

What will make you successful:

  • After successfully completed a university degree in food technology or food chemistry, you could already gain up to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
  • You transferred your theoretical skills into action, first management experience would be helpful.
  • You are very familiar with HACCP, hygiene as well as food safety.
  • For your job you will bring your excellent communication skills with you. You also like to take initiatives and work independently.
  • Your profile is completed by your souverain MS Office skills as well as your fluent English skills.
