Test Engineer - Embedded software (m/w/x)

What awaits you at Mynaric

• Create Manual (XRAY for Jira) and automated Component , system and integration tests
• Create Validation test plans against Product and system requirements.
• Execution of automated and manual tests.
• Analysis and reporting of defects in close collaboration with the development team.
• Create new and Improve the existing CI pipelines on Gitlab
• Support process Improvement and tooling in context of test-automation and traceability.

What you bring with you

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Computer Science, Communications / Electronic Engineering or comparable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within embedded software testing
• Excellent knowledge in test processes, test techniques & reporting.
• Embedded Systems automated testing using (CAN, UART, GPIOs , …).
• Experience with test automation frameworks for Embedded systems
• Very good Experience with Python, C/C++ and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with agile software development, configuration and testing tools such as Jira, XRay for Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Gitlab CI.
• Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Linux system and container development (Docker).
• Automation of software deployments using (Gitlab CI or similar).
• Hardware in the loop test automation .
• Expeireince with LDRA test bed.
• Creation of 3rd party Hardware Mock-ups.
