Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Innerhalb unserer R&D Abteilung übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben.

Aufgaben

• Produktentwicklung für extrakorporale Blutreinigungsverfahren und die Peritonealdialyse
• Begleitung der Produktentwicklung von der Konzeptphase über Prototypen bis hin zum finalen Produkt und der Markteinführung
• Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von neuen / optimierten Produktionsprozessen für medizinische Einwegprodukte
• Systematische Analyse der Aufgabenstellung und Umsetzung nach funktionalen, technologischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
• Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsversuchen
• Interdisziplinäres Arbeiten in Projektteams
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
• Pflege von Kontakten mit externen Kooperationspartnern
• Arbeiten in internationalen Projektteams

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, Medizintechnik oder Chemieingenieurwesen
• Grundkenntnisse in statistischen Methoden
• Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
