A day in a life of a Senior Digital Specialist:

• You define digital standards for operations in alignment with our internal guidelines, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our manufacturing processes.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive digital standards that meet the needs of our organization.
• You guide and support factories in the implementation of digital standards, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful adoption and integration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital operations, continuously improving and evolving our standards to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• You develop competencies within the organization by providing training and knowledge sharing sessions on digital operations standards.
• You also lead digital initiatives for new industrialization projects, working closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of digital technologies.

What will make you successful

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have a proven experience in defining and implementing digital standards for operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Also you managed to build a strong knowledge of Automation Foundations, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Line integration, Data Collections, and Data Contextualization.
• You already have experience in supporting factories in the implementation of digital standards and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Your excellent project management skills, allows you to to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
