Your Tasks

• Leading research projects in the field of electromobility and its ecosystem throughout the entire lifecycle – from acquisition and initiation, through concept development, to implementation and completion.
• Requirements management for the specification of product features, especially at the system and interface level, and overseeing the development activities
• Internal and external stakeholder management for communicating project progress, coordinating clarification needs, and disseminating results.
• Responsibility for budget planning and project controlling as well as comprehensive reporting.
• Preparation and moderation of internal and external, interdisciplinary workshops.
• Support in consulting and implementation services for tailored customer solutions within interdisciplinary teams.
• Participation in the strategic development of the department and support with administrative tasks.
• Researching, identifying, and evaluating technological trends and their impact on electromobility and electromobility platforms.
• Preparation and support of technical research and publications on the topic of electromobility.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree, technical focus is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in projects with a focus on electromobility or information technology (IT).
• Proven knowledge in project and/or program management (at least six-figure volume) as well as coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge in the field (of communication) of backend systems, their interfaces, and requirements management.
• Affinity for electromobility and experience in technical consulting is advantageous.
• Experience in testing IT systems and their interfaces is advantageous.
• Very good time management and high adaptability due to changing conditions.
• Analytical and methodical approach to work with high attention to detail
• Passion for „thinking outside the box“ and driving innovative solutions.
• Profound knowledge of MS Office
