Your seat to fill:
- Be part of the packaging design and development team and create visual and structural packaging solutions—from concept through to production
- Create packaging design concepts, Die Cuts and mock-ups across our product portfolio
- Help ensure consistency with brand identity, while exploring new materials, finishes and formats that align with our premium positioning
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, and Suppliers) to support packaging projects and deadlines
- Participate in research of packaging trends, materials and production techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation into our packaging design
- Support quality checks of print proofs, mock-ups and production samples, and learn to interpret feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- You have a degree (or equivalent) in Packaging Design, Industrial Design or a related discipline—or strong demonstrable experience
- You bring up few years of relevant design experience (internships or early‐career design roles are very welcome)
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and ArtiosCAD; any exposure to structural packaging is a plus
- Interest in packaging materials, finishes, and production processes; ability to learn more advanced technical packaging skills
- Comfortable working in a team, juggling multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines; proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus). Detail‐oriented, creative and eager to contribute and grow
