Your Responsibilities

Install, configure, and validate our software in on-premise customer environments
Investigate and resolve issues on site; create minimal repros and hand over to Engineering as needed
Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows
Provide concise field feedback that informs product priorities
Act as a development team member when not traveling, applying your on-site knowledge to guide design and implementation towards impactful outcomes

Essential Skills

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
Strong C# skills
Experience with desktop/UI frameworks (WPF, Avalonia)
Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation
Willingness to travel at least 60%
Excellent English communication skills

Beneficial Skills

Experience with one or more of: robotics, machine vision, Open GL, PLCs, or Modbus
C++ experience
