Main Responsibilities:

To support our information and communication technologies business, we are looking for a passionate team member, who will be able to join the team full time, handling following tasks:

• Draft and review terms and conditions for master/frame contracts and associated contractual documentation.
• Provide consultancy and support throughout the bidding and contract negotiation processes, including tender document preparation and review, to ensure risk awareness and mitigation.
• Act as a negotiator during major contract on-site negotiations; plan negotiation strategies and define risk control criteria to enhance contract quality, project profitability, and long-term business sustainability.
• Contract quality management.
• Promote contract management and ensure quality standards by highlighting best practices internally by developing, launching, and interpreting commercial terms authorization processes to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business or Law
• Willingness to experience cross-cultural communication, embrace new challenges, and ambition to exceed expectations
• Fluent in both German and English mandatory (C1-C2 level)
