In our company, you will be responsible for:

  • Incorporation of order-related customer requirements into existing wafer probe systems
  • Product maintenance, including component substitution in coordination with the purchasing department
  • Support for production during the commissioning of new and further developments
  • Collaboration with service and application engineers
  • Analysis of typical setup scenarios in common application layers
  • Capture of image data under application layer specific conditions.
  • Development and training of ML models for robust structure identification.
  • Implementation of automated on-learning code for continuous improvement.
  • Development of an ML module for dynamic optimization of parametric settings.
  • Validation of models under real conditions (including physical contact, disruptive factors).
  • Integration of the solution into the existing FormFactor software.
  • Creation of technical/scientific documentation.

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or similar
  • Skills in using design software (e.g., SolidWorks, PDM Works, QAD)
  • Skills in common programming languages (e.g. MATLAB, Python, C#)
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Commitment, independence, and flexibility
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
