What You Will Do

  • Analyze and clarify customer and automotive system requirements
  • Design hardware schematics in line with project and customer specifications
  • Support hardware architecture definition and component selection with focus on cost, performance, and reliability
  • Perform simulations, tolerance, derating, and worst‑case analyses to ensure long‑term automotive robustness
  • Support hardware verification, testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Provide design input for PCB layout with focus on EMC, DFM, and automotive standards
  • Support prototype builds and initial hardware bring‑up activities
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and take ownership of assigned tasks

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in analog and digital hardware design
  • Practical experience in power electronics, including DC/DC converters, load switches, bridge drivers, and power components
  • Experience working with schematic design tools such as Altium Designer or equivalent
  • Strong skills in circuit simulation and tolerance analysis
  • Familiarity with German and international OEM standards and requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Structured, goal‑oriented, and proactive working style
  • Good English and German language skill
