What you will do
The Process Management and Methods department is responsible for the standardization of overall regulations, processes and systems for our heating technology and products. In order to develop and optimize quality-relevant processes and procedures within the framework of the IEC 62443-4-1 development process and the ISO 27001 management system, you can make an impact in the following areas:
- Project management: As a project manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for project management in the area of product cyber security and lead high-priority quality improvement projects to ensure quality processes and management systems
- Process management: You will create process modeling and initiate continuous improvements to quality processes
- You will be responsible for complete project and process control as well as the associated stakeholder management
- You will create reports and presentations for project management and play a central role in risk management
- For the Cyber Security Management System product, you will be significantly involved in the identification of measures to maintain and improve the systems and coordinate these accordingly
- The management of IEC62443-4-1 systems and active participation in product-relevant ISO 27001 systems complete your tasks
What you bring along
- Qualifications: Successfully completed university studies (Master's degree), e.g. in computer science, economics or engineering or natural sciences
- Know-how: You can draw on several years of professional experience in a comparable environment and have in-depth knowledge of project management, ideally process management or ISO management
- Personality: A high level of team spirit, strong coordination skills and effective prioritization as well as decisiveness and implementation strength make you unique. In addition, you are open to change and have a high affinity for software / IT topics, ideally process management
- Nice to have: Experience with the IEC62443 and ISO27001 standards and know-how in the field of IT security
- Language: Your strong communication skills with fluent English and business fluent German enable you to operate confidently in a national & international environment
