You face challenges like
- leading production schedules
- short- and mid-term production planning, including milestones from upstream and downstream functions, while considering production events, customer requirements, and resource availability (integrated planning)
- structuring plans across three levels (management, project, and operational levels)
- planning of drive systems as well as individual components
- performing plan-versus-actual analyses, identifying alternatives, determining workforce requirements, reviewing release dates and deployment schedules, and continuously updating production plans
- reviewing existing plans for improvement potential and developing appropriate recommendations
- preparing and tracking KPIs as well as creating reports
- leading planning meetings and preparing planning minutes
- further developing planning tools in line with current process requirements
- identifying efficiency improvement potentials in production planning and control through analysis of existing processes
- implementing lean management principles to reduce waste and improve the value chain
- tracking and reporting improvement initiatives within the production area
You inspire us by
- a completed degree (minimum Bachelor’s level) in a relevant field, such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain/logistics, or production engineering with a focus on production planning
- several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in manufacturing or production, ideally in the aerospace industry, particularly in production planning and control as well as project management
- very good user-level proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP R/3, with confident use of advanced functionalities
- knowledge of Primavera, Planisware, as well as Jira and Confluence, which is considered an advantage
- fluent German skills and very good command of English, both written and spoken
